5 Essential Swine Flu Survival Tips

1. Wash hand thoroughly with antibacterial soap then rinse thoroughly.
2. Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze.
3. Stay home
4. Dont touch your face especially out of your mucous membranes
5. Avoid sick people.
   

We decided to just stay home, and try not to take our little one out cause of the spreading disease cold swine flu. We are taking extra caution like making sure our older kids who goes to school everyday has to wash their hand before they could play w/ my 20 mos old son and my daughter after school. We also bought them hand sanitizer that they bring everyday to school. We also told them to stay away to people who are coughing or sneezing or people whoi looks like sick. Hope and pray that this swine flu wont be as bad as the SARS in hongkong. I was there during that time and it was really bad, and very uncomfortable since we have to wear mask everyday.
